Honkai: Star Rail has a vast pool of hidden locations and unmarked areas on the map. There are a multitude of in-game missions requiring players to explore these hidden areas. This requires extensive exploration throughout the map with little to no information about its location. Different Honkai characters have different story missions aligned for them, including Clara's story arc and her "No One is Answering" story mission.

Honkai: Star rail's character Clara's main story quest tasks players with various things to do and objects to collect. One is finding the location of a small Tempering Workshop in the "No One is Answering" and other missions like "Wish You Were Here." The game has no explanation of how and where to find the workshop. Tracing it is purely based on scanning the entire area.
The search for this specific workshop starts after the Rarely Affectionate (Part 2) quest ends. Honkai: Star Rail Players will interact with Clara after completing the quest and get prompted to meet at the Tempering Workshop. The only clue players get is that it is located in River Town; apart from that, no other info is provided. Now, one needs to figure out the exact coordinates by themselves.
River Town is located in Jarilo-VI and is considered a place of the underworld. One needs to travel to its central-western area to find the exact coordinates of the Tempering Workshop. The location's north is a dedicated storage area for the Honkai character Natasha. The workshop is in the place with the boxes and TV screens; there is a table with multiple notes in the middle of the room.
As everyone knows, completing Honkai: Star Rail missions rewards players with amazing items. Once players get to the Tempering Workshop, they will be prompted to talk with Pascal, the mysterious robot. The conversation will inform players about a gift waiting for them in the workshop. The gift is a 3-star Flower that looks like a silver rose. The beautiful flower can be found on the table on the right side of the monitor. Its in-game description says it is a cold metallic object with a burning passion within.
Most of the Honkai: Star Rail items' use is yet to be defined in the game. Much like the Delicate Snow Globe, the Flower Made From Scrap Iron also has no use in the game. Players will only get the item; there is no info on where and how to use it. However, since the flower is a mission item, it might be important in future updates.
