Fired quest in Honkai: Star Rail is a long Adventure Mission that includes many characters and incidents happening at the same time. In this quest, players have to find the offending Starskiff that hurt Mei while trying to keep her job by convincing Luhui not to fire her (or let her get fired). On the other hand, Tantan is keen to catch the offending Starskiff and bring them to justice. Perhaps, with the help of Honkai: Star Rail players, that wish will be possible.

How To Trigger Fired Quest In Honkai Star Rail
To trigger the Fired quest in Honkai: Star Rail, players must finish the Venom Brews, Immortality Looms mission of the main quest. Afterward, the Fired quest will automatically start.
How Many White Passenger Starskiff Went Past?
After watching the Starskiffs with Tantan, players will have to answer this:
Question - How many white passenger Starskiffs went past?
Answer - Three.
When meeting with Tantan in Honkai: Star Rail, he’ll ask the Trailblazer to count how many Starskiffs go past in a set time period. He then mentions that Starskiffs of different colors and models will pass through the lanes of Starskiff Haven, and he’ll ask a few questions at the end.
After answering his quiz, players can interact again with Tantan to continue the Fired quest in Honkai: Star Rail. The Trailblazer will ask to try again, but on the second time, a speeding Starskiff will cause a traffic incident that leads Tantan and the Trailblazer to the injured passenger.
As the perpetrator ran away, Tantan will follow them while asking the Trailblazer to stay and talk to the injured passenger to know more about their contacts and make sure they’re okay. The Trailblazer will learn that the injured passenger's name is Mei and players will help Mei find the scattered notes, and try to contact her next of kin in Honkai: Star Rail.
Mei Scattered Note And Next Of Kin In Honkai Star Rail
The first Mei’s scattered notes in Honkai: Star Rail’s Fired quest are located northwest of the quest border, next to two people. The found item is called Mei’s Notes: Learning About Housekeeping.
The second Mei’s scattered notes can be found on the seat right behind Mei. Now, players can combine the two pages and reach a contact number related to Mei.
After contacting the number, the Trailblazer will come to know it’s her employer, Luhui, and tell her that Mei was in an accident. Players can meet Luhui after to learn more about Mei’s life, work, and relationship with Luhui.
The Witness And Offending Starskiff In Honkai Star Rail Fired Quest
Tantan later will reveal that the speeding Starskiff is gone, and they must ask the victim and some of the witnesses he found for more clues to find the suspect. After contacting Mei with Tantan, she’ll ask about her notes and eventually reveal that before blacking out, the speeding Starskiff could be a blue or a yellow one. She also mentions that she heard a loud bang from behind with cracking noises.
The first witness can be found right next to the Starwatcher Avenue Waypoint, in the accident area. When contacting her, Clumsy Lady will reveal that the engine sound of the offending Starskiff was loud and different from any ordinary Starskiff.
The second witness is to the east of the quest circle leaning against a wall. When asked about his inquiry, the Suddenly Excited Man will say that the speeding Starskiff made a right turn.
When Tantan asks which is the offending Starskiff in this picture? In Honkai: Star Rail Fired quest, the answer is the third one from the left. Players meet with both Tantan and Xikui to collect many pieces of evidence, but the obvious answer remains, it’s the blue one as players saw it with their own eyes when watching over the lane of Starskiffs at the start of the Fired quest in Honkai: Star Rail.
In the end, players will follow the clues into the southwest of Stargazer Navalia in The Xianzhou Luofu planet to find the offending suspect. There, he will obviously deny everything. But with some butt-kicking, he will eventually yield.
