The Exalting Sanctum is the destination Trailblazers have to escort Fu Xuan to after capturing Kafka in Honkai: Star Rail. Upon arriving at the Trailblaze Mission destination, each will go their separate ways and players are free to roam the area.
During the exploration journey in Exalting Sanctum, Trailblazers can find seven Basic Treasures in Honkai: Star Rail. Collecting all the Sanctum Chests will reward players with various rewards like Stellar Jade and Path Materials. The enhancement items can be used to ascend the Honkai: Star Rail characters and Light Cones.

The Exalting Sanctum has no Warp Trotter to capture and no other hidden Treasures. However, the region has some hidden achievements worth exploring. For example, there's an Immortal in a Vase that can grant one of two achievements. Trailblazers can also get unique items like Draconic Tears in Honkai: Star Rail from this area.
This place is also where people will officially meet Bailu for the first time. Trailblazers will learn that she's a Vidyadhara, a race that continues to be reborn, making them highly knowledgeable despite their child-like appearance. Both in lore and combat, Bailu is known as a healer in Honkai: Star Rail; she's so popular that people normally have to line up to get her treatment. Of course, if compared to what she can do in battle, this does not feel weird at all.
Honkai: Star Rail is now available on Android, iOS, and PC. A PlayStation version is in development.
