Achievements serve as little optional goals that players can hunt down in Honkai: Star Rail. They reward small amounts of Stellar Jades upon completion, and more often than not, they lead players toward some of the game's most interesting pieces of side content.

Honkai: Star Rail's Moment of Joy tab is home to a number of peculiar achievements involving the strange, deranged, and sometimes hilarious stories that the Astral Express crew can experience during their expeditions, from dumpster diving in Jarilo-VI to making morally-questionable decisions everywhere else. Here's one literal gut-busting achievement that players might have missed.

How to Unlock the Insatiable Achievement

Maxime, the Forgetful Miner in Honkai: Star Rail

This achievement involves interacting with an NPC that is very easy to overlook while players are doing their daily grinding or going through the main storyline of Honkai: Star Rail.

First, go to Boulder Town on Jarilo-VI and talk to Maxime, the Forgetful Miner. He can be found standing next to a streetlamp in front of Natasha's clinic. He will start speaking as if he's in a daze and say he's in some sort of trouble. Ask him what he forgot and keep going until the dialogue options are exhausted—the dialogue options here do not matter. Maxime will give the player the recipe for Vomit Inducing Agent, a craftable consumable.

The Insatiable achievement's main objective is to have someone in the party drink a glass of Vomit Inducing Agent. To craft this menacing beverage, players will need the following:

  • 8x Trash
  • 1x Tier 3 Synthesis Material

Trash can be obtained by destroying objects or opening the many trash cans scattered around Belobog. Meanwhile, players can Tier 3 Synthesis Materials by defeating enemies anywhere in the game.

What is Vomit Inducing Agent For?

These glasses of vile, purple liquids may seem like a joke at first, but they actually have one specific use case, and that's to accomplish anything in the game that requires players to be at extremely low HP. Vomit Inducing Agent reduces the consumer's health by a whopping 99% while also fully resetting their Satiety level, which means they'll be able to eat again. There may be other achievements in Honkai: Star Rail that requires players to eat tons of food or win battles while at low HP.

Apart from this, Vomit Inducing Agent is effectively a gag item similar to Genshin Impact's Holy Water. Players might be able to find more uses for this consumable later on as the game continues to grow and evolve.

Honkai: Star Rail is available now for PC and mobile devices. PS4 and PS5 versions are in development.
