Arlan is the head of Herta Space Station's Security Department in Honkai: Star Rail. He is very protective of the station’s researcher and would rather stand in harm’s way than see anyone gets hurt.
Arlan is very serious about his job, but sometimes he shows a rare smile while playing with Peppy in Honkai: Star Rail. Although the Head of the Station's Security Department doesn't belong to any planet, most of Arlan materials in Honkai: Star Rail can be found in Jarilo-VI.
