Herta is the owner of the Herta Space Station in Honkai: Star Rail. She possesses a very high IQ and is considered a very knowledgeable scientist. Sadly, she quickly loses interest in certain projects, one of them being the Herta Space Station itself.
To easily manage the Space Station, Herta made numerous puppets to keep an eye on every floor and department inside the spaceship. Another example of Herta's mood swings is when she loses interest in Trailblazers during the secret ending in Honkai: Star Rail.

To enhance Herta’s abilities, players need to gather the following materials in Honkai: Star Rail.
- Enemy drop: Extinguished/Glimmering/Squirming Core
- Boss drop: Horn of Snow
- Trace materials: Key of Inspiration/Knowledge/Wisdom
- Weekly boss drop: Destroyer's Final Road
