As a fresh graduate from Belobog Medical Academy, Natasha decides to head to the Underworld to save as many people as possible in Honkai: Star Rail. Her older brother stayed in the Overworld and started experimenting with some questionable medicine whereas Natasha become one of the few doctors in the Underworld and the caretaker for children.
Most of Natasha materials are scattered around the Great Mine, Robot Settlement, and Backwater Pass in Honkai: Star Rail. Since she’s a doctor, it’s not a secret that she’s a healer that will certainly increase other characters’ survivability in battle.

To boost Natasha’s healing kit, collecting the following materials in Honkai: Star Rail is vital.
- Enemy drop: Ancient Part/Spindle/Engine
- Boss drop: Broken Teeth of Iron Wolf
- Trace materials: Seed of Abundance/Sprout of Life/Flower of Eternity
- Weekly boss drop: Guardian's Lament
