Honkai Star Rail, the latest RPG from Hoyoverse, allows players to amass a collection of different characters for their team by using Warp. Warp is the name of this game's gacha system, which allows players to obtain new characters and Light Cones to equip to those characters.

Much like other gacha games, Honkai Star Rail runs limited banners (called "Special Banners") alongside the standard banner, each offering the chance to pull characters and Light Cones that aren't found in the standard banner. These are changed regularly, and this guide will explain the current banner schedule. Special Banners currently run for 21 days before being replaced by a new one.

The Current Honkai Star Rail Banners

The first special banners for version 1.0 are collectively called "Butterfly on Swordtip." The character banner offers an opportunity to get Seele, a Quantum Element character with "The Hunt" as her path. She's excellent at dishing out single-target damage and using the Entanglement Debuff caused by her weakness breaks to delay enemy actions.

Her skill boosts her speed while dealing good damage, and she gets an extra turn and a damage buff whenever she defeats an enemy. She can also enter her buffed state by using her Ultimate, which deals a ton of quantum damage to a single target.

This character banner also offers boosted rates for the four-star characters Natasha, Pela, and Hook. Natasha is a Physical element Abundance Path character who provides excellent healing and can debuff foes when her Technique is used to begin a battle. Pela is a Nihility Path Character that wields Ice and reduces enemy defenses. Finally, Hook is a Fire element Destruction Path character who inflicts burns on enemies.

The "Brilliant Fixation" banner offers a Light Cone associated with the current limited character and boosted rates on Light Cones that benefit the boosted rate of 4-star characters.

This time it offers a chance to get the 5-Star Light Cone "In the Night," which can be utilized by characters with The Hunt as their path. This provides a critical rate boost. It also applies a buff that enhances the equipped character's basic attack and skill damage, along with the critical damage of their ultimate, if their SPD stat exceeds 100 by ten or more. It applies the buff once for every ten SPD above 100 and stacks up to six times, making this incredibly strong on a character with a high SPD stat, like Seele.

This banner also offers boosted rates for "Post-Op Conversation," "Good Night and Sleep Well," and "The Moles Welcome You." Post-Op Conversation increases energy regeneration rate, boosts outgoing healing when using an ultimate, and can only be equipped by characters with Abundance as their path. "Good Night and Sleep Well" can be equipped by Nihility characters, giving them a damage buff for each debuff on their target, stacking up to three times. "The Moles Welcome You" is for Destruction Path characters and gives them a stacking ATK buff every time they attack an enemy.

They will feature the limited 5-Star character "Jing Yuan," an Erudition Path Lightning Element character, alongside the limited 5-Star Light Cone "Before Dawn," which is equippable by characters of the Erudition Path. It is currently unknown which 4-star characters and Light Cones will receive boosted rates during these banners.
