While most of the main campaign of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor tasks Cal with putting a stop to the Bedlam Raiders and their plans, players will also have several chances to pursue Rumors. The Find the Piasa Nest Rumor can be started by speaking to Mosey in Pyloon's Saloon, but she won't offer this quest until players have reached a certain point in the story.

Doing so will allow him to acquire the Upgraded Ascension Cable, which will then permit him to grabble to yellow balloons. This ability can be used to help Cal reach new, previously inaccessible areas and is also needed to find the Piasa Nest.
