Star Wars Jedi: Survivor follows Cal Kestis on a brand-new adventure. Shortly after the game's opening, he arrives on the planet of Koboh, where he must travel beneath Pyloon's Saloon and uncover a part for the Mantis. When he eventually resurfaces, he will be able to seek out some of the many side quests hidden throughout the world.
The Investigate the Roller Mine Factory Rumor is one of the first side quests players can unlock. It tasks Cal with seeking out an abandoned facility and collecting the treasure hidden within. Though it's one of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor's shorter side quests, completing it isn't as easy as it seems.
How To Start The Investigate The Roller Mine Factory Rumor In Star Wars Jedi: Survivor
Upon finding the Gyro Module and rescuing Zee from the Meditation Chamber, Cal can interact with the Prospector sitting outside Doma's Shop to begin the side quest.
The Prospector will then explain that she was recently attacked by a Roller Mine and that she thinks the droids might be guarding something valuable; Cal, being the good Samaritan that he is, will then offer to investigate the factory himself.
How To Find The Roller Mine Factory In Star Wars Jedi: Survivor
When the conversation ends, Cal should turn right and walk past the door to Doma's shop before turning left and hugging the wall on the right. Proceeding through the stone archway and keeping right, he will enter a new area, where a group of Gorgers can be seen attacking some droids outside the hollow in the far wall.
Instead of continuing toward the battle, players should turn to the right, where they will be faced with the Roller Mine Factory itself. The entrance can be found by heading up the ramp leading around the right-hand side of the factory, where Cal will be faced with two B1 Droids.
Sadly, Cal won't be able to get inside using this entrance, as the door is no longer operable; instead, he must backtrack and climb up to the ledge overlooking the factory. There, he can run across the wall on his right and use the vines on the next wall to reach the roof.
Circling around the factory, Cal will find a small square hole that he can walk through to get inside. Just beneath the entrance is a Datapad that BD-1 can scan to obtain the Data Entry - A Mechanical Touch. Further inside, the A Gift Received Data Entry can be found by scanning the Datapad on the table; a Priorite Shard can be seen next to it.
How To Complete The Investigate The Roller Mine Factory Rumor In Star Wars Jedi: Survivor
Once these collectibles have been found, Cal must interact with the Hack Panel just left of the table to spawn a Roller Mine.
This explosive droid can then be lured to the entrance of the Roller Mine Factory and thrown at the melted door to create an exit.
With the door open, Cal must return to the Hack Panel, spawn a second Roller Mine, lure it outside to the front of the factory, and throw it at the other melted door next to the two green ledges.
Interacting with the Force Essence inside will complete the Investigate the Roller Mine Factory Rumor.
