Star Wars Jedi: Survivor follows Cal Kestis on his next big adventure across the galaxy. Hoping to discover what the Bedlam Raiders are up to, he travels to the Shattered Moon and attempts to uncover whatever information he can. While there, he can encounter several maintenance droids, one of which offers him a side quest.
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor's Investigate the Factory Lower Levels Rumor can be started during Cal's first visit to the Shattered Moon by speaking with said Maintenance Droid in the Automated Forge. This droid will then point Cal in the direction of something valuable, and thankfully, it's actually pretty close by.
How To Find The Factory Lower Levels In Star Wars Jedi: Survivor
From the Automated Forge Mediation Point, Cal should enter through the large yellow door and proceed toward the Maintenance Droid on the right. Speaking with this droid will cause it to reveal the location of a valuable item in the Factory Lower Levels.
To find the Factory Lower Levels, also known as Assembly Staging, Cal must walk past the Maintenance Droid and climb the grates at the far end of the room. Surges of electricity are constantly descending upon these grates, so Cal will need to jump out of the way several times before he can reach the top.
After climbing the grate and jumping to the next platform, Cal must turn right and jump to the grate overhead. Like before, there is electricity running along this grate, so Cal will need to proceed cautiously.
Jumping to the platform on the right, Cal must use the zipline ahead of him. He will need to jump between this zipline and two others in order to reach the next area. Eventually, he will need to run along the walls in front of him until he reaches a zipline he can grapple to. Instead of grappling to it, he should drop to the platform below.
How To Complete The Investigate The Factory Lower Levels Rumor In Star Wars Jedi: Survivor
Turning left, Cal can enter a large circular room. Approaching the center and turning right, he will then be able to use his Ascension Cable to grapple to the floor above.
From here, Cal can turn around and use the zipline overlooking the area below to reach the other side. There is an electrical current on this zipline too, so Cal will need to jump away before reaching the halfway point and then leap back.
Upon reaching the other side, Cal can turn right and continue forward until he reaches a dead end. To his right, he will find a chest containing a Stim that, once opened, will end the Investigate the Factory Lower Levels Rumor.
To leave this area, Cal must jump back down to the lower level of the circular room, proceed up the stairs on the right, and run across the wall just right of the stairs to reach a zipline. After a short climbing section, he will reach another zipline leading back to the Automated Forge.
