Lightsabers have always been an iconic piece of weaponry in Star Wars. The ability to swing a sword constructed of a bright light, which has the power to tear through almost anything makes it a grand design. However, a lightsaber is a Jedi’s life, an elegant weapon for a more civilized age, which is exactly why Cal Kestis must use his lightsaber to save himself and others in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.

There are plenty of collectibles in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. One of the many things players can find is the parts to construct a new lightsaber. Players can build a range of unique lightsabers as part of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor’s customization options, with the best lightsaber skins varying from unique to iconic.

10 Jaro Tapal

Jaro Tapal was a Jedi Master who died during the Jedi Purge with Order 66. Cal Kestis was his Padawan and carries his memory with every action he takes, and with every swing of his lightsaber. Jaro Tapal’s lightsaber design is the default option for Cal Kestis, and it has a great construction that players don’t need to scavenge for.

What makes Jaro Tapal’s lightsaber so great is the delicate blend of parts. From the rubber grip to the large and safe emitter. It’s a lovely lightsaber that brings a uniqueness to Cal Kestis, giving him one of the best lightsabers amongst the most famous Jedi.

9 Hermit

As a pre-order bonus to Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, players could receive the Hermit lightsaber set. This lightsaber was inspired by Obi-Wan Kenobi’s first lightsaber, which in turn was inspired by his master, Qui-Gon Jinn. It’s great to have an iconic lightsaber in the hands of Cal Kestis, even if this lightsaber was lost thanks to a fight with Darth Maul.

Players should try and pick up the Hermit set in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor thanks to its inspiration from one of the most famed Jedi Masters of all time, Obi-Wan Kenobi. It comes with a great cosmetic set, as well as a great lightsaber.

8 Duelist

Players might be looking forward to this, as the duelist lightsaber seems inspired by the great and deadly Count Dooku. The duelist lightsaber may not have the curved parts that are the signature to Count Dooku’s lightsaber design, but the elegant pieces, including the sharp and guided emitter, are all present on this saber.

Players will need to scour different locations on Koboh to find all these lightsaber pieces in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. It’s worth finding, although players won’t see themselves becoming the master duelist that Count Dooku was against the likes of Yoda, Anakin, and Obi-Wan.

7 Rebel Hero

If players grab the Star Wars Jedi: Survivor Deluxe Edition, they will be rewarded with the Rebel Hero Lightsaber Set. This set is directly inspired by Anakin Skywalker’s lightsaber, which later became Luke’s. It’s one of the most iconic lightsabers in Star Wars and one that Cal Kestis can wield against the many raiders, stormtroopers, and battle droids seen in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.

Although many fans may refer to this lightsaber as the “Youngling Slayer”, players won’t have to kill any Padawans, although they may find themselves butchering a few oversized and deadly toads. The Rebel Hero lightsaber is a great addition for fans that want to celebrate the original lightsaber.

6 Santari Khri

The High Republic is a new era of Star Wars that is currently being explored in varying mediums. One of the newest Jedi from the High Republic era to feature prominently in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is that of Santari Khri, an intelligent and wise Jedi whose lightsaber can be found, and used to honor her memory.

This weapon is one of the most visually stunning thanks to its pearly white hilt, and the mix of gold engravings on the switch and pommel. It shows how much care the High Republic Jedi put into their lightsabers, and gives Cal Kestis a relic of the Jedi at the height of their Order.

5 Edgehawk

There’s something dark yet elegant to be found with the Edgehawk lightsaber. This hilt design is oddly reminiscent of Maul and his Mandalorian troopers, thanks to the sharpness of the blade. Players can make interesting lightsaber designs thanks to the Edgehawk pieces and the colors that they can mix with.

The Edgehawk lightsaber is one that a player may expect from a Sith, so if players want to see their Cal Kestis wield something more in line with the Dark Side of the Force, then the Edgehawk lightsaber is certainly the one to choose due to its menacing nature.

4 Assembly

Although the assembly lightsaber lacks the delicacy and beauty of something from the High Republic, it certainly remains one of the more fascinating lightsabers. The design of the assembly lightsaber is as if it was collected from scrap, and constructed out of desperation, perfect for Cal Kestis’ days as a scrapper.

There’s a lot of detail in the assembly lightsaber. From the loose parts, exposed wires, and flashing lights from inside the hilt. It’s a great design that players should experiment with if they want to treat Cal Kestis like a true scavenger.

3 Justice

With the justice lightsaber, players will be able to avenge the Jedi Order with every death struck through with their lightsaber. The justice lightsaber is a beautiful weapon that feels more in line with a samurai sword thanks to its pommel and grip design, which seems wrapped in an elegant material to make every strike swing true against the fiercest of foes.

The material isn’t rubber or metal, making it a more unique design for a lightsaber. The justice parts make yet another unique lightsaber that players can wield into battle against the might of the Empire, and the stupidity of the battle droids.

2 Eno Cordova

eno cordova lightsaber parts

Eno Cordova is never seen with his lightsaber, but that does not mean a Jedi would forfeit his greatest weapon for peacekeeping. When players acquire Eno Cordova’s lightsaber in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, they will find something reminiscent of the Grand Republic, and the years before Order 66 made the Jedi a hunted group.

What makes Eno Cordova’s lightsaber interesting isn’t only in the grip pieces, but in the emitter, as players can use a thin-neck emitter piece much like Obi-Wan Kenobi’s iconic lightsaber, and Luke Skywalker’s green lightsaber. The thin-neck design is unique, and Eno Cordova gives players that option.

1 Cere Junda

cere junda lightsaber parts

The Jedi Master that knighted Cal Kestis deserves the utmost honor, which is why players should wield her lightsaber for her name. Cere Junda is a great Jedi, one that dedicated herself to the archive and recordings of the Jedi path, as well as the safety of those that are Force-sensitive. Due to her dangerous life, she doesn’t go anywhere without her lightsaber.

The lightsaber itself seems worn, with bandages wrapped around the hilt as if to keep it together. It’s no wonder that its construction is so dated, as hunted Jedi can’t exactly make the best repairs on their weapons, especially when their lightsabers need practically daily use.
