However, some of these Titans, like the Quaking Earth Titan, will not be so easily defeated. This guide will help Pokemon Scarlet & Violet players find and defeat the Quaking Earth Titans.

How To Find The Quaking Earth Titan

The Quaking Earth Titan is located deep within the Asado Desert. Players can track its movements by opening their map and selecting its icon, giving them a pointer on their compass of which direction the Titan is. Finding it isn't actually that hard since it's without a doubt the largest of them all. As the player gets closer, they should soon see the huge Titan off in the distance, as shown below. It's a lot bigger in person.

Pokemon Scarlet Violet-Quaking Earth Titan Phase one

In Pokemon Scarlet, players will face the Quaking Earth Titan, Great Tusk, a Ground and Fighting-type Pokemon. Before facing this Titan, players should take some time to level up their team, as this Titan is level 45, a massive jump from the level 30 Lurking Steel Titan. That said, Great Tusk has a lot of weaknesses to exploit, such as Water, Grass, Flying, Fairy, Ice, and Psychic.

Players shouldn't underestimate it, though, as this Titan will dish out massive damage if they cannot defeat it quickly. Dealing enough damage to the Titan will make it retreat in preparation for phase two of the fight.

In Pokemon Violet, players will face the Quaking Earth Titan, Iron Treads, a Ground and Steel-type Pokemon. Like Great Tusk, it is level 45 and can deal massive damage if not dealt with swiftly.

To counter it, players should use Fire, Ground, Fighting, and Water-type moves, as they are super effective against it. When enough damage is dealt, it will also retreat for phase two.

Quaking Earth Titan Phase 2

Phase two works the same as all the previous Titan fights for both versions. Great Tusk/Iron Treads will retreat and eat a piece of the Herba Mystica, restoring its health and increasing its stats, making it more dangerous than before. Arven will now join the battle, which should help alleviate some stress from the fight.

When the Titan attacks Arven, players should use these opportunities to deal as much damage as possible before the Titan fixes its attention on them. When enough damage is dealt, the Quaking Earth Titan will finally be defeated.
