Pokemon Scarlet & Violet players tackling the Starfall Street path will have to face off against two tough trainers after defeating the main five Team Star bases. First, they'll need to head back to the academy to battle against Clive, otherwise known as Director Clavell. After players finish that battle, they can head inside the school's courtyard to battle against the real head boss of Team Star, Cassiopeia.

However, there is actually nobody named Cassiopeia, as the final boss of the Starfall Street path happens to be Penny, the young student with the Eevee backpack that gives players LP and TM materials after beating each Team Star boss. While not the most difficult battle in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet, Penny's team of Eevee evolutions can be tricky to defeat. This guide will help players beat Penny to wrap up the Starfall Street path.

How to Beat Penny in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet

As some might have expected due to her backpack, Penny exclusively uses Eevee evolutions. She has them all on her team except for Glaceon and Espeon. Thanks to the diversity of types and weaknesses, it should be pretty easy to take her down, especially if players' teams are level 60 and higher.

In the chart below, we've added all of Penny's Pokemon as well as their weaknesses, movesets, and good counters to use against them. Luckily, her team doesn't have many powerfully devasting moves, with all of them having Quick Attack and Baby Doll Eyes --two moves that shouldn't cause much trouble.

Reward for Beating Penny

After beating Cassiopeia, AKA Penny, players will need to go to Director Clavell's office in the academy. After a brief conversation, go to the bottom of the staircase in front of the school and meet up with Penny. She'll give players TM 169, Draco Meteor.

It's a Special Dragon-type move that deals 130 base damage. However, the recoil from using the move will lower the Pokemon's Special Attack by two stages.

Pokemon Scarlet & Violet are available for the Nintendo Switch.
