There are quite a few great Steel-type Pokemon to be found in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. Players have quite a few solid typing choices when looking for a Steel-type to add to their team and the possibility for Terastallizing gives players even more freedom to mix-and-match their types. Those that want a good Steel and Psychic-type should consider snagging a Bronzor and evolving it into a Bronzong. This bell-shaped evolution has a base stat total of 500 and solid defensive stats that make it a tanky edition to any lineup. Here's how players can find Bronzor and evolve it into Bronzong in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet.

How To Evolve Bronzor Into Bronzong

Unless players are fortunate enough to find a high-level Bronzor, they'll need to do quite a bit of grinding to see it evolve. Bronzor will successfully evolve into Bronzong once it reaches level 33. That can be a bit of an ask, as many of the earliest Bronzor that players come across will be in the low teens. Thankfully, with EXP share automatic in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, players simply need to have Bronzor in their party when battling other Trainers and Wild Pokemon.

Another quick way to speed up the EXP process is to farm Tera Raid battles found all across Paldea. Each time players defeat the Terastallized Pokemon inside they'll be rewarded with EXP candies of various sizes (depending on the Star Level of the raid) whether they catch the Terastallized Pokemon or not. Players can also get EXP candies from completing the Pokedex (accessing the Trophies screen by hitting X in the Pokedex itself) and even by completing Mid-Terms and Final Exams at the academy. Using these items can greatly speed up the process of getting Bronzor to level 33.

Once the Bronzor in a player's party reaches 33 (or if it levels up once if players receive it after level 33) it will automatically evolve into Bronzog, a tanky Steel and Psychic-type.
