The Twisted Spoon is an item that has been in the Pokemon franchise since the second generation and makes its return in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet to fulfill the same role it has always had. It boosts the power of any Psychic type moves used by the Pokemon that is holding the Twisted Spoon, allowing its moves to hit harder than they would otherwise.
This makes it a useful item that players can use to get everything they can out of any Psychic type Pokemon that they are using on their team. On top of its simple and powerful application, it is relatively cheap for players to acquire one for themselves if they are at a point in the game to be able to reach the store that carries it.
Where to Buy a Twisted Spoon
The Twisted Spoon can be acquired by going to the location of one specific Delibird Presents shop, a store that sells an assortment of items to benefit the player. One of the categories of items that they sell are the “Battle Items,” which includes any item that can be held by Pokemon to produce some sort of effect.
Twisted Spoons can be found in the Battle Items category in the town of Levincia's Delibird Presents, along with several other items that may be of use to the player.
Players can reach Levincia by flying to any Pokemon Center close to Levincia or by leaving the east gate of Mesagoza and following the path that leads through the rocky terrain into Artazon, home of the Grass type Gym Leader Brassius.
Once players reach Artazon, they can continue to follow the road as it curves north, where players will eventually come across a bridge. Players that continue to follow this road across the bridge heading north will eventually come to the town of Levincia.
The Delibird Presents is found on the northern side of the city, near the Pokemon Center in the northern half of the town. Once Players have located this shop, players will be able to purchase a Twisted Spoon for themselves for 3000 PokeDollars. Players are now able to increase the amount of damage that their Psychic type Pokemon and their moves can do by a substantial amount.
While they are here, players can challenge Iono, the Gym Leader of Levincia, once they have acquired the Twisted Spoon to increase the damage to their Psychic type moves to test out the boost for themselves.
