Far from being the latest game to stumble into ill-fitting zombie fare add-ons like Far Cry 5, the series' sixth installment provided players with a nuanced stroll down memory lane. Far Cry 6's season pass gives fans the power to play Vaas Montenegro (from Far Cry 3), Pagan Min (from Far Cry 4), and Joseph Seed (from Far Cry 5). Each plot line sees the villain in question on a personal journey during which players get an intimate look at their perspective and outlook. From Vaas' grim odyssey under the watch of Citra, to Pagan essentially having to defeat himself, to Joseph having to confront his own faith and actions, each DLC is a must-play for longtime fans of the series.

Dani Rojas is arguably the most well-developed player character yet. Not only does Rojas actually have a voice, but they can also be either male or female depending on the player's preference.
Rojas' character arc is also engaging, as the player follows them from tough beginnings as an orphan to a military dropout to a reluctant revolutionary. The addition of a voice actor and a more clear-cut origin and impact on the surrounding world also drastically sets Dani apart from the typically silent player characters fans are used to.
The ending, which sees Dani turn down the high-pressure role of El Presidente due to knowing their own flaws and limitations, also provides players with a rich and thoughtful conclusion to a nuanced, humanized protagonist.
2 The Weaponry Covers A Lot Of Dangerous Ground
When it comes to Far Cry 6's weaponry, the number of excitingly lethal instruments on offer is commendable. None stand out quite as much as the Supremo range of devastatingly powerful but interminable rechargeable artillery.
From the Supremo to supreme stealth, players also have the chance to put silent but deadly weapons such as the Recurve Bow. A perfect fit for sneaky players looking to do battle at mid-range without drawing too much enemy attention to themselves.
As is the case with most weapons the game has on offer, the Recurve Bow has mods that can further enhance its murderous efficiency such as the Crosshair Sight. Overall, the game's large range of firepower leaves players with endless hours of violent mayhem to enjoy.

In Far Cry 6, every action carries considerable consequences. Thanks to the Notoriety System, a player can become all too infamous with the enemy, leading to a bloodier run-through of the game.
For those who like to rampage all guns blazing throughout the open world on offer, enemies will know the protagonist all too well by reputation and open fire the moment they're within range. For players who remain subtle and stealth-focused, however, the game becomes a considerably easier experience considering enemies will remain neutral in the player character's presence.
While such a system seems relatively straightforward, its impact on Far Cry 6's stakes and action compared to prior entries remains one of the game's most intriguing aspects.
