To celebrate the release of Dungeons and Dragons’ newest book, Keys from the Golden Vault, Wizards of the Coast shared a fun quiz where players can determine their ideal role in a heist crew. This new Dungeons and Dragons book and the accompanying quiz are now available for all players.

Keys from the Golden Vault is a new heist-themed adventure anthology published by Wizards of the Coast. Like Candlekeep Mysteries and Journey through the Radiant Citadel before it, this new book has over a dozen plug-and-play heist adventures spanning levels 1 through 11 that can be adapted to any setting.

Alongside the release of this new anthology, Dungeons and Dragons released a short quiz that players can take to determine their ideal heist role. After seven short questions, players are assigned their role as the Decoy, Demolitionist, Escape Artist, Mastermind, Master of Disguises, or Muscle, and shown which Dungeons and Dragons class suits their role best. Players can easily share their results on social media, and can even follow a link to start building their new character on D&D Beyond.

Dungeons and Dragons fans have a lot to look forward to in the near future. With Keys from the Golden Vault released, players can expect to hear more about Bigby Presents: Glory of the Giants soon. The new sourcebook will probably contain the Giant-themed feats and subclasses from some Unearthed Arcana playtests released before One D&D was announced. Bigby Presents: Glory of the Giants is expected to be released this spring.

Beyond new Dungeons and Dragons sourcebooks, Wizards of the Coast recently confirmed playtesting on One D&D would begin again soon. Public testing for One D&D was delayed due to Dungeons and Dragons' controversy surrounding its attempts to deauthorize the Open Game License. However, executive producer Kyle Brink confirmed production of One D&D is moving along, and Wizards of the Coast still hopes to release the system upgrade for the 10-year anniversary of 5th Edition.

Fans of both D&D and heists should be sure to check out Dungeons and Dragons: Honor Among Thieves when it releases on March 31. Scenes from the upcoming film show witty humor and classic fantasy action as a group of ragtag adventurers seek to acquire a long-lost relic. While many Dungeons and Dragons fans had previously called for a boycott of the new film over the OGL situation, players will hopefully be able to watch the film in good conscience now that Wizards of the Coast has acquiesced to their demands.
