A creative Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom fan has taken advantage of the game's building mechanics to build an off-road buggy that players can use to travel across the vast Kingdom of Hyrule. Tears of the Kingdom players have already come up with all sorts of armed vehicles and war machines using Link's Ultrahand ability, which allowed them to clear hordes of enemies. It looks like this engineering trend won't slow down anytime soon.

Tears of the Kingdom provides players with a huge amount of freedom to create almost every vehicle they can imagine. As an example, one player has built a functional Armored Core mech, while others have made the iconic Metal Gear REX and the TIE Fighter featured in the Star Wars universe. Many Zelda fans have also praised the sequel for its improved user interface, which brings a new approach to Link's inventory and other elements. It allows them to cycle through the inventory easily by using the L and R buttons rather than the analog sticks.

A Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom player who goes by AlfredoThelmpasta on Reddit has built an off-road buggy, which many fans in the comments think is a great vehicle to traverse Hyrule. The player appears to have attached sleds, carts, wheels, lights, and springs together to make this heavy vehicle. The metal pieces placed on the buggy, such as axles and sheets, explain why the buggy goes slower than many cars. However, it seems to be ideal for those who want a chill ride on the colorful plains of Tears of the Kingdom's open-world.

In the comments, players expressed their admiration for the vehicle, with some suggesting the original poster put a spare tire and gas tank on the back. The creator claimed they thought about attaching a Korok backpack to the back to look like a storage. As seen in the video, this heavy off-road buggy consumes a lower battery than many ground vehicles, which makes it a viable choice for long rides.

Compared to 2017's Breath of the Wild, Tears of the Kingdom has enhanced the gameplay by introducing Link's Fuse ability, which lets players merge materials together to craft tools. Players spend most of their time killing formidable enemies, which requires them to use different weapons and change their combat style. The Fuse ability allows Link to combine his existing weapons, arrows, and shields to craft a new weapon with better durability and damage stats.

Having become the highest-rated game ever on OpenCritic, Tears of the Kingdom received plenty of negative scores from jealous players. However, the Zelda community was quick to show its love for Tears of the Kingdom by giving the game high scores on Metacritic. The sequel has now broken the Guinness World Record for the fastest-selling Nintendo game to date.

The Legends of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is currently available for Nintendo Switch.
