Square Enix has revealed a brand-new metallic AirPod case cover printed with the logo of the tyrannical Shinra Electric Power Company, featured in Final Fantasy 7 Remake. The power company serves as one of the main antagonists in Final Fantasy 7 Remake, as it is a massive corporation based in the city of Midgar, which has monopolized the world's energy supply by exploiting the planet's life force, known as the Lifestream, through the use of Mako Reactors.

Final Fantasy 7 Remake is a reimagining of the classic 1997 role-playing game, Final Fantasy 7. The original game was revolutionary at that time and introduced players to a big and immersive universe filled with unique characters, fun gameplay, and an intriguing plot. Beyond the stunning graphics, FF7 Remake features a revamped real-time combat system and some significant changes from the original game’s story. The action of the game takes place in the fictional city of Midgar, where the eco-terrorist organization AVALANCHE battles Shinra Electric Power Company to prevent them from destroying the planet's Lifestream. The protagonist of the game is Cloud Strife, a former soldier in Shinra's elite military unit, SOLDIER, who teams up with AVALANCHE in order to overthrow Shinra and save the planet.
