A dedicated Stardew Valley player posted a picture of their impressive layout of a 100% completed forest farm. This is an outstanding feat, as most players of the popular farming simulator will never reach 100% completion on a normal Stardew Valley farm, much less on a forest farm.

Each time a player starts a new farm in Stardew Valley, they have the choice of starting off with a normal farm or choosing from a short list of themed farms for a different type of challenge. Some of these special farms are good for beginners, such as the Four Corners Farm, and others are more difficult, like the Beach Farm or the Forest Farm. With the Forest Farm, the map is surrounded by trees and foliage, much like the Secret Woods area. This gives the player plenty of opportunities to forage and collect hardwood, but the map will also limit many other important items found during each playthrough.

While many Stardew Valley fans love the Forest Farm layout, there’s no denying how difficult it can be to receive 100% perfection on this themed map. Stardew fan Hanjdf posted proof of a 100% completed forest farm on Reddit, mentioning that it only took nine years in the game to achieve this milestone. This beautiful layout showcases the excellent placement of all the crops, buildings, and extra trees that populate the farm. Hanjdf even added giant mushrooms all around the map to give it a true “hidden in the forest” feel.

Achieving 100% perfection in Stardew Valley is no easy feat. To do this, the player must earn either the Statue of Perfection or Statue of True Perfection. For the Statue of Perfection, the player will need to light all four candles and interact with Grandpa’s Shrine on Year 3, Spring 1. Earning the Statue of True Perfection is much more difficult and requires the player to unlock Ginger Island and complete the perfection tracker found in Qi’s Walnut Room. Doing this requires maximizing all skills, completing all monster slaying goals, reaching max friendship with every NPC, and building all four obelisks and the gold clock. Accomplishing all this within nine years in the game is a tough challenge for any Stardew player.

With the unfortunate news that Stardew Valley’s creator had to pause development on the Haunted Chocolatier, it looks like fans of ConcernedApe’s work may have to return to their farms while they wait. In the meantime, for players who never put in the effort to create a perfect farm, it looks like now would be the best time.

Stardew Valley is available now for Android, iOS, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
