Triggering The Caretaker's Lunar Lament quest in Hogwarts Legacy will teach players Alohomora. The Spell can unlock every locked door or passage the protagonist has come across during their gameplay. The quest will also enable interaction with the Demiguise Statues in Hogwarts Legacy.
The Statues resemble Demiguise that are holding a moon. They only shine at nighttime, which makes them only collectible during the evening. Finding the Demiguise Statues will enable players to upgrade their Alohomora Spell in Hogwarts Legacy with the help of the Caretaker, Gladwin Moon.
All Demiguise Moon Statue Location In Hogwarts Legacy
There are 33 Demiguise Statues in Hogwarts Legacy. During The Caretaker's Lunar Lament quest, players will collect three Demiguise Moons while the rest are collected from exploring the open world.
Players can use Revelio to reveal the Demiguise Statues' location in their nearby surroundings at night. If there is a Statue nearby, it will be engulfed with a blue glow.
Hogwarts Castle
There are a total of 10 Demiguise Statues in Hogwarts Castle.

- Teleport to the Clock Tower Courtyard Floo Flame in the South Wing
- Take the door next to the Floo Flame
- Go to the Haunted Toilets and unlock it with the Alohomora I Spell in Hogwarts Legacy
- Open the middle stall and head inside the secret room
- Collect the Demiguise Statue from the box

- Fast Travel to the Great Hall Floo Flame in Hogwarts Legacy
- Head southwest to the locked door at the end of the hall
- Unlock it with the Alohomora I Spell
- Get the Demiguise Moon from the table

- Head to the Castle Grounds
- Go northeast and unlock the door under the stairs with Alohomora I
- Collect the Demiguise Moon from the crate

- Take the stairs southwest of the Floo Flame
- Open the door that leads to the North Hall
- Head downstairs all the way to the Dungeons, next to the sleeping dragon Statue

- Get the Moon Statue from the desk next to the door

- Fast travel to Divination Classroom Floo Flame in The Library Annex
- Climb the ladder and get the Demiguise Statue from the teacher’s desk

- Go to the Restricted Section
- Descend all the way down until players reach the chest with eyes in Hogwarts Legacy
- Grab the Demiguise Moon next to the lamp

- Head to Hog’s Head
- Go to the pub's storage room in Hogwarts Legacy, and collect the Demiguise Statue on top of the crates

- Take the stairs all the way to the attic
- Unlock it with Alohomora I

- Grab the Demiguise Statue from the table

- Enter the house on its right side after unlocking it with the Alohomora I Spell
- Collect the Statue above the fireplace

North Ford Bog
Only one Demiguise Statue is in the North Ford Bog region.

- Head inside the house with the cartwheel in front of it
- Take the stairs to the third floor and collect the Demiguise Statue
Cragcroftshire
In Cragcroftshire, players can locate one Demiguise Statue.

- Go to the Giant Shade Tree northwest of the Cragcroft Floo Flame
- Go inside the house beside the Hamlet shop
- Head to the second floor and grab the Demiguise Moon from the bedside table
Marunweem Lake
Just like Cragcroftshire, Marunweem Lake has one hidden Statue within its borders.
Demiguise Statue #29
- Go northeast of the Marunweem Floo Flame.
- Head inside the hut and grab the Demiguise Moon from the floor, behind the bar.
Manor Cape
The Manor Cape region also holds one Demiguise Statue.

- Fast travel to the Bainburgh Hamlet
- Go northeast of its Floo Flame
- Unlock the house with Alohomora II
- Head inside and grab the Demiguise Moon from the coffee table
The Demiguise Statues can only be collected at night and are mostly located behind locked doors in Hogwarts Legacy. Players can access the map and choose to wait in their location to advance time from day to night and vice versa. To upgrade the Alohomora I Spell to:
- Alohomora II: Collect nine Demiguise Moons and deliver them back to Gladwin Moon.
- Alohomora III: Collect 13 Demiguise Moons and deliver them back to Gladwin Moon.
