Coastal Cavern is a very small Region that can be found between South Sea Bog and Poidsear Coast in Hogwarts Legacy. To reach it, players have to go through a lot of Dugbog enemies in the swampy Region. On the bright side, protagonists will be able to collect some Dugbog Tongues along the way.
Field Guide Pages are considered collectibles that help players have a better understanding of the Wizarding World. These pages can be found in all three major maps; Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, Hogsmeade, and the Highlands. Every Guide Page has a small piece of information regarding the object or area in question. To collect it, simply cast Revelio on the see-through golden scroll found while exploring. In the Coastal Cavern Region, it’s possible to find only one Field Guide Page in Hogwarts Legacy.

Luckily, only one Field Guide Page can be found in the Coastal Cavern Region. The only problem is that it’s on the other side of a huge Goblin Camp.

For players who unlocked the majority of Floo Flames, it won’t be difficult to collect the Coastal Cavern Field Page. First, fast-travel to the North Poidsear Coast Floo Flame and approach the compass on the ground near the broken part of the railing. Cast the spell Revelio to collect the Antique Compass Field Guide Page.
By interacting with the page, players will read: ”Unfortunately, the fact that this antique Muggle compass was dropped there means the Muggle who dropped it is probably wandering through Wales by now.”
How To Reach The Field Guide Page
To reach the Field Guide Page, players must have access to the North Poidsear Coast Floo Flame, which is a bit tricky to unlock.
- Teleport to the Northern South Sea Bog Floo Flame.
- Go southwest and turn left when a merchant appears.
- Run south to find an old house and a wooden bridge.
- Keep running in the same direction and cross another bridge.
Eventually, players will stumble upon an enemy camp right next to a Kneazle Den in Hogwarts Legacy, full of Goblins and two Trolls. The former is easy enough to deal with by using the usual spells like Confringo, Bombarda, and Incendio. The latter on the other hand, have larger HP and defense, so it’s best to stun them with their club using Flipendo.
If the unforgivable spell Imperio is available, it’s possible to cast it on the Troll to make it attack the Goblins.
Once all the enemies are taken care of, head east to find a round gate that leads to a tunnel. Enter it and tread carefully as the path ahead is guarded by many Goblins. Keep climbing the stairs and the exit of the tunnel will appear. Once protagonists are out, the North Poidsear Coast Floo Flame will be automatically activated.
