Hogwarts Legacy has an immense amount of field guide pages for players to collect, with approximately 94 to uncover in Hogwarts Castle alone. Collecting field guide pages at any time is a great way for players to find lore and trivia about the magical world and is one of many things to do after completing the story to discover all the game's secrets.
In Hogwarts Legacy, there are 23 field guide pages to discover in the South Wing area of Hogwarts using a range of spells: Revelio, Levioso, Depulso, Lumos, Accio, Alohomora (levels 1, 2, and 3), and a fire spell like Incendio or Confringo. The South Wing has 4 main locations organized by Floo Flame, including Hogwarts South Exit, the Clock Tower Courtyard, the Faculty Tower, and the Hospital Wing. It can be helpful for players to begin in the Clock Tower Courtyard and explore the grounds from there, fast-traveling using Floo Flames as needed.
Clock Tower Courtyard
Beginning at the Clock Tower Courtyard Floo Flame, where players fight to win Crossed Wands in Hogwarts Legacy, players can find 6 field guide pages around the Clock Tower zone.
Unnamed Field Guide Page - Clock Tower Statue
Use Levioso on the statue opposite the Clocktower Courtyard Floo Flame to reveal an unnamed field guide page.
The Well of Four Beasts Revelio Field Guide Page
Exit the Clock Tower Courtyard to the adjoining quad that leads to the Hogwarts South Exit. Cast Revelio next to the well surrounded by 4 statues in the middle of this square courtyard to reveal The Well of Four Beasts field guide page.
Unnamed Field Guide Page - Cloth Tower Moth Frame Puzzle
Unlock the level 1 locked door in the Clock Tower Courtyard using Alohomora to find a moth painting on the wall inside the room. Use Lumos to locate the moth under the stone archways surrounding The Well of Four Beasts nearby. Lure the moth to the painting to reveal an unnamed field guide page.
Clock Tower Courtyard Flying Field Guide Page
Back in the Clock Tower Courtyard, look up to see a flying field guide page above the swinging clock pendulum and use Accio to grab it.
Clock Mechanics Revelio Field Guide Page
To pick locks in Hogwarts Legacy, players must learn the Alohomora spell from Mr. Moon to open locked doors, like the 2nd level 1 locked door in the Clocktower Courtyard. Unlock the door, climb the stairs to the highest levels, and cast Revelio by the clock gears next to the large circular window to unveil the Clock Mechanics Field Guide Page.
Unnamed Field Guide Page - Clock Tower Dragon Basin
At the top levels of the Clock Tower near the wheel mechanism, players can light the brazier on the nearby wall using a fire spell like Confringo and then grab the floating unnamed field guide page using Accio.

Unicorn Fountain Revelio Field Guide Page
Unicorns can be found in Hogwarts Legacy and are rare creatures. The beautiful unicorn fountain statue next to the Hospital Wing Floo Flame reveals the Unicorn Fountain field guide page when casting Revelio.
Flying Field Guide Page - Hospital Wing Ward
Players can find a flying field guide page fluttering about the Hospital Wing Ward directly opposite the Hospital Wing Floo Flame. Use Accio to grab it.
Unnamed Field Guide Page - Hospital Wing Statue
At the bottom of the stairs below the Hospital Wing Floo Flame, use Levioso on the statue to reveal an unnamed field guide page.
Prefect's Bathroom Revelio Field Guide Page
Players can find the Prefect's Bathroom through the ornate door opposite the preceding Hospital Wing statue. Use Revelio next to the mermaid mural on the wall inside the bathroom to reveal the Prefect's Bathroom field guide page.
Boris the Bewildered
Use Revelio next to the golden statue outside the Prefect's Bathroom to unveil the Boris the Bewildered field guide page, which states he is a wizard who remains a mystery.
Jewel-Encrusted Tortoise Shell Revelio Field Guide Page
Head down the spiral stairs from the Prefect's Bathroom to a small landing where performing Revelio by the display case reveals the Jewel-Encrusted Tortoise Shell field guide page.
Flying Field Guide Page - Hospital Wing Stairwell
In the same stairwell with the Jewell-Encrusted Tortoise, players can spot another flying field guide page and grab it using Accio.
Unnamed field guide page - Hospital Wing Stairwell Dragon Basin
Next to the Jewel-Encrusted Tortoise Shell, players must unlock the level 3 locked door and use Glacius on the fireplace inside to extinguish the fire. Climb inside the fireplace and head upstairs to a Hogwarts Legacy secret room location containing a Dragon Basin by an arched window.
Cast Confringo on the basin to get an unnamed field guide page. Players can also see the basin from the adjoining corridor, but it's not possible to activate it from below.
Portrait of Baruffio
At the bottom of the Hospital Wing stairwell, head through the brown doorway that leads to where Gladwin Moon is standing. In the corner, there is a portrait of a buffalo-like creature. Use Revelio in front of it to unveil the Portrait of Baruffio field guide page.
Faculty Tower
There are 8 field guide pages located in and around the Faculty Tower area, which also joins onto the Gryffindor Tower areas, as below:
Fat Lady Portrait
Upstairs in the Faculty Tower, players can find the Fat Lady Portrait, which is the infamous entrance to the Gryffindor common room and its secrets. Cast Revelio next to the portrait to get the Fat Lady Portrait field guide page.
Map of Argyllshire Revelio Field Guide Page
Descend the spiral stairs from the main Faculty Tower area that lead into Gryffindor Tower and follow the stairs to a large map on the wall. Cast Revelio to reveal the Map of Argyllshire field guide page.
Gryffindor Tower Moth Frame Puzzle Field Guide Page
Stand in front of the map of Argyllshire field guide page and cast Depulso to open a hidden room. Head inside to find a moth painting that players may recognize from the Like A Moth to a Frame side quest.
Players only need to walk through the door again to re-open it, so getting the moth from the nearby girl's bathroom isn't problematic. Completing the moth frame puzzle releases an unnamed field guide page.
Unnamed Field Guide Page - Gryffindor Tower Dragon Basin
Players can use a fire spell like Incendio to light the dragon basin down the steps from the map of Argyllshire and reveal an unnamed field guide page.
Lachlan The Lanky Revelio Field Guide Page
Opposite the Gryffindor Tower dragon basin, cast Revelio by the statue to get the Lachlan The Lanky field guide page.
Haunted Toilets Revelio Field Guide Page
Next to the Gryffindor Girl's bathroom is a level 1 locked door where players may encounter Peeves. Cast Revelio next to the door to get the Haunted Toilets field guide page. Players can locate a Demiguise Statue behind one of the Haunted Toilet cubicle doors.
Adventure Novel Set Revelio Field Guide Page
Upstairs in the Faculty Tower, next to the room with the sweets and balloons, is a level 2 locked door. Open it using Alohomora to go inside and reveal the Adventure Novel Set field guide page by the bookcase.
Unnamed Field Guide Page - Quad Courtyard Statue
The final South Wing field page is a little tricky to find. Select the Grand Staircase on the map and fast-travel using the Quad Courtyard Floo Flame. Head to the top of the stairs to find a statue outside in the Quad Courtyard, which hugs the perimeter of the Gryffindor Lower Hallway. Cast Levioso on the statue to get the final field guide page, an unnamed field guide.
