Once the fifth major Disney Dreamlight Valley update is released, players will gain access to more homes to call their own. In Disney Dreamlight Valley, players have to share a valley with various Disney characters. At first, most of them will be living in their own realms, but this changes pretty early on in the game. As they progress through the main storyline, gamers will be able to convince several characters to move into the valley and leave their realms for good. In order to get them to move, players will have to complete several tasks and build homes for all of these characters so that they can live their days in the valley peacefully and comfortably.

Players will also have their own homes, which they can upgrade by collecting tons of Star Coins. Since Disney Dreamlight Valley has been out for a while now, a lot of gamers have already completely decorated their homes to their liking. The game is still receiving content updates pretty often, which means players that have already finished their homes won't have enough space to fit in any new items that they might find.

In the upcoming Disney Dreamlight Valley content update 5, gamers will be able to place down more player homes in their valleys. Not only does this mean that players will be able to use more than a house skin at once, but it also means that they'll be allowed to spread houses throughout the entire valley, making it much easier for them to walk home to quickly use their storage or restore their energy.

After the tweet was posted, the comments section was soon lit up with tons of questions regarding this addition to the game. Many gamers were particularly interested in knowing if they will be able to access a new storage space and decorate empty rooms if they acquire a new home or if it'll look and function exactly the same from the inside. The Disney Dreamlight Valley roadmap that was released earlier this year mentioned that fans would receive a multiplayer update in 2023. It's possible that the addition of more player homes could be related to the addition of multiplayer features in the near future.

The update is just around the corner. In the past couple of weeks, a lot of information has already been revealed regarding certain features and characters coming to Disney Dreamlight Valley, but there is still a lot that needs to be unveiled.

Disney Dreamlight Valley is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
